CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENT

At MS Designs we prefer to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers.
We use items that have been tested and proven to provide quality results with embroidery.
MS Designs will accept customer supplied garments and items for embroidery on a case-by-case basis.

Waiver must be submitted on all customer supplied garment orders before pre-production.

All items must be new. We will not embroider on previously worn or otherwise soiled garments.

MS Designs is not responsible for replacement/reimbursment should any customer supplied items become damaged in the embroidery process.

Customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of an error or damage to the item, we will not replace the item nor issue a refund for any materials used or time spent on the project.

I understand that MS Designs is not responsible for any uncontrollable manufacturing mishaps, such as machinery malfunctions, unexpected performance of customer supplied items, etc. MS Designs is not liable for replacement or reimbursement for supplied items if damaged in the embroidery process.
